Dr. Priya Prakash is a Naturopathic Doctor and the Founder/Clinic Director of Awaken Life, Centre for Fertility & Hormone Health. Her practice is focused exclusively on natural fertility and women’s health. The opening of this clinic is a realization of her true passion in the area of fertility treatment and her vision for helping women and couples achieve optimal fertility through integrative health care. Her compassionate and unique approach blends with her skilled scientific background to get to the the root of a person’s fertility or hormone health problems, while educating and supporting her patients throughout their journey. She evaluates at a patient’s entire health and lifestyle, while incorporating a range of safe, effective complementary therapies, including natural supplements, herbs, acupuncture, nutrition, lifestyle counselling and uses lab testing to uncover potential hidden causes of fertility or hormone health challenges. Priya has helped hundreds of women and couples find their balance in life. She would be honoured to be part of your journey.
Olga Lacroix, Counsellor (Registered Social Worker)
Olga Lacroix is a registered Social Worker, yoga teacher and meditation coach who uses a holistic mindfulness-based approach to help women cope with emotional and physical problems that may be associated with infertility, hormonal imbalances, anxiety or depression.
Olga’s gentle and assertive interventions guide women through a process of discovering patterns and mental blocks that are currently preventing them from reaching their ultimate goal of healing and growth. By discovering the real root cause of the emotional problems, Olga guides women to discover within themselves their power to heal, transform and co-create. This process differs from other traditional approaches as it is a “hands-on” intervention that in a short amount of time creates powerful transformations and, it leaves you with tools that have lasting effects. Olga will be honoured to be a part of your journey.

Diana Sheldrick, RMT
Diana Sheldrick is a Registered Massage Therapist in Ottawa with a special focus in Traditional Swedish Massage and Maya Abdominal Therapy. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College, and received her Registered Massage Therapist designation in 2005. She has worked in a number of integrative health settings alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and Naturopathic Doctors. Diana strongly believes in the power of therapeutic touch and how it can impact a person’s life. Her intent is to educate and encourage people to integrate Massage Therapy into a healthy and active lifestyle to create long-term health and wellness. She is passionate about helping people become the best version of who they are, and who they can be.
Andrea plitz, pT
Andrea Plitz is a Physiotherapist and yoga teacher integrating contemporary manual therapy, biomechanical science with movement, mindfulness and breath to provide holistic and individualized care. With a clinical focus and extensive training in women’s and pelvic health she is able to treat not only musculoskeletal issues but also concerns related to bladder, bowel, sexual and reproductive health including mechanical fertility challenges.
Andrea’s ability to truly listen to her patients, understand the interrelated nuances of the physical systems, and integrate the mental-emotional pieces through her Yoga training allows for a comprehensive and compassionate approach to your care. All of these elements are then treated in a cohesive blend of techniques including gentle joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, therapeutic movements, mindfulness and breath. A home program is also provided to enhance outcomes and empower patients in their care.
